Usage Instructions for Natural Woman Essential Body Cream:

Women should apply ¼ teaspoon of Natural Woman Essential Body Cream twice daily, in the morning and at night. Women having persistent night sweats should apply between ¼ and 1/8 teaspoon of natural woman essential body cream three times per day at least 8 hours apart, for a total of ½ teaspoon per day. The last application of the day should be at bedtime. Areas to apply the cream are the face, inner wrists, neck, breasts, or up and down the spine. Progesterone takes about an average of three months to build up in women's systems (some women may find that it takes more or less time to become balanced, depending on how low their progesterone level is when they begin using it). It is recommended that women use 1 – 2 ounce jar per month for three months (or until they are balanced) and then cut back to 1/2 a jar per month, monitoring how they feel so as not to apply too small an amount. Even after becoming balanced, women should still apply their Natural Woman Essential Body Cream twice per day, morning and night.

It is recommended that if a woman is taking estrogen, she should cut it back by 50% again as soon as she begins applying Natural Woman Essential Body Cream. The estrogen should be reduced by 50% again over the course of the next 4 to 6 months to avoid any unwanted side effects of sudden estrogen withdrawal. A woman may accomplish this reduction by for instance, by taking her estrogen pill every other day instead of every day. In the case of women applying the estrogen patch, it is recommended that the women simply cut the patch in half before applying it and then taping over the open or cut end of the patch once it is on the skin to protect the integrity of the remaining estrogen in the patch. The speed that a woman can reduce her intake of estrogen depends on her diet and exercise regimen, as well as her body weight. Each woman will be her own best indicator of how quickly she can decrease her estrogen, based on how she feels. During the three month balancing process, she may need to supplement her diet with soy products or other sources of natural estrogen.

A woman on combination estrogen/progestin products such as Prem-Pro need to get their prescription separated so they can drop the progestin portion of the prescription, and then begin the process of cutting their estrogen in half according to the schedule described above.

Directions For Use For Each Phase Of A Woman's Life:

1. Women Still Menstruating With No Menopausal Symptoms:
   
   Start using natural woman essential body cream on the 12th day of your menstrual cycle. (Day 1 is the day the bleeding begins). Apply ¼ teaspoon twice per day until day 26 of your cycle. Repeat this schedule each month. For your information:
   If you experience menstrual cramping, take a little extra cream and rub it over the lower abdomen. If you experience migraine headaches, take a little extra cream and rub it up and down the back the neck, for pain relief.
    
2. Women Still Menstruating With Menopausal Symptoms:
   
   Start using natural woman essential body cream on the 8th day (Day 1 is the day the bleeding begins), and use ¼ teaspoon twice per day until day 26. Stop on day 26. If you do not begin your period 7 days from day 26, you may resume applying the cream twice per day on the 8th day. Do not apply the cream for more than 25 consecutive days. If you begin menstruating during this 25 day interval, stop using the cream. Consider that as day 1 of your cycle, and begin using the cream again on the 8th day.
    
3. Women Who Are No Longer Menstruating:
   
   Start using ¼ teaspoon on the 6th day of each calendar month. Continue until the last day of the calendar month, stop using the cream, and resume on the 6th day of the next calendar month. Some woman may notice that after one week to two of using their Natural Woman Essential Body Cream, some vaginal bleeding may occur due to their own estrogen receptors becoming super sensitive to the presence of natural progesterone after it has been deficient in the body for a long time. If this occurs, the woman should stop using the cream for a week and then start again for three weeks according to the schedule defined above in number 1. This will typically occur no more that twice to a woman before her estrogen receptors calm down and stop the temporary over production of estrogen in response to the re-introduction of natural progesterone into her system.
