- During days 1 through 3 of the program be sure to drink at least 8 ounces of water with each teaspoon of Bulk Cleanse. For the rest of the program you may drink 8 ounces of water per teaspoon of Bulk Cleanse. Juice may be substituted for water to improve flavor.
- The Bulk Cleanse may be taken at any time during the day. If taken before a meal the appetite will be suppressed as the Bulk Cleanse will swell within the stomach and small intestine.
